Every plan starts with a free trial. We take a small card-verification charge now, refunded automatically, and the first real charge happens only when the trial ends. Cancel from your dashboard at any time before then and you will not be billed. Products that need hardware are scoped with our team; request a demo or talk to us for a custom quote.

So your subscription continues without interruption if you decide to stay. The card is saved securely by Paystack. ETROG never sees or stores your card details.
A card-verification charge of ₦100 that confirms the card works and can be billed later. It is refunded automatically right after your trial is created.
On the day your 14-day trial ends, for the plan you chose. We email you when the trial starts, and your dashboard always shows the exact date.
Open your dashboard and choose Cancel subscription. It takes effect immediately and you will not be charged again. You can cancel before or after the trial ends.
We email you and try again two days later, up to three attempts. If all attempts fail, the subscription is cancelled and we help you restart it.
